Just a quick one today as I am catching up with things after such a long time off. I recently came across this Gourmet Sugar company and felt that I just had to share with you. I hope that you like them too.

Fantastic

Well I'm back and I had the most amazing time! wow what a holiday, it was hot every day (around 30 degrees) and the hotel & resort were lovely. It was so nice to get away and forget about all the stress of the past year and totally relax. One of the days we went on a catamaran and saw dolphins....stunning!
The food was lovely and the pool not too busy and the staff so friendly. I would highly recommend it to anyone who can afford it. But to top it all the best thing was that physically and mentally I felt better than I have in years - you can't ask for better than that.

A break, a break, a break!

Today I am off on holiday! but not just any ol' holiday, whilst I was in my hospital bed recovering from my bowel cancer surgery last year I vowed to myself that I would go somewhere exotic :-) After all that happened and feeling so rubbish I figured that life is too short and you never know what is around the corner, so now that I am feeling so much better, myself and my other half Paul are off to Mauritius for 10 days! *GRIN* luckily I have a friend who works for BA and she managed to get us a fab deal, we'll be in a tres posh hotel (fingers crossed that it's nice) and I'm so excited!

Anyway, have a fab few weeks all! :-)

My new scrapbooking range

I am very excited today to announce my new scrapbooking range with licensing partner Sandylion. I worked on this a year ago so it has been frustrating not being able to share until now. I am equally excited to find out that they featured a who double page spread in their catalogue with just my work! I haven't been sent samples as yet, but when they arrive I will be sure to post some photos :-)

It is my birthday today, I am not expecting much of a fuss as I am now 41! but a girl can dream. I recently found this amazing company - Daisy Cupcakes, based up in Warwick. They create the most amazing cupcakes that any birthday girl would be honoured to receive. They also do a postal service, aren't they just *.:magical:.*!

What with all this lovely snow this weekend, I thought it appropriate to find some white things :-)
